I found this video on youtube. It's not very practical,or safe, But it looks like fun.

Dannggg! Was waiting for the inevitable curse as some body got hurt.
Not a completely bad idea though. With a centrifugal clutch would be an easy build. If the clutch housing fit perfectly in a "pipe" Bolt on and run.
