I could re-scan it and re-post it so it's more clear of a photo. It's a simple pre runner to the bike bug or chicken power type of engine.

I like the uber-simple mount...wonder if it really worked?

that is the simplest set up I've ever seen. But it doesn't take much to mount one of these little engines. Looks like a straight bar from handlebar to fork with some sort of adjustable mount from there to the engine. Simple and sweet.
