Seeking 12 1/2x2 1/4 rear wheels with sprocket

I'm having a heck of a time trying to find a a 12 1/2 x 2 1/4 rear wheel, with a locknut-to-locknut width of no greater than 105mm, and either a fixed sprocket and/or freewheel+sprocket.

Does anyone know where I could source such a thing?

I do not know where to find that wheel but I have to ask

What type bike are you putting a 12 1/2" wheel on?
