anyone deal with five flags in florida?

a couple of weeks ago I called down there looking for a clutch disk because the bearings in mine were getting loose ....
he seemed pretty cool & sugjested that I buy a used bottom end which had a piston issue for $50 shipped
I waited a week & called (usually 3 days here from southern FLA)
tomarrow will be 2 weeks & Im kinda getting the feeling im getting the run around
I make & sell exhaust pieces & other stuff... sometimes Im slow too so I can understand
I was just wondering if anyone else dealt with them ^& how it went
