Default bonneville

hi; i just got back from bonneville. the sept. race is open to having bikes with motors. only one this year. lots of fun. there was a street luge, back halved with a harley sportster, incredible. electric cars and bar stools. corvettes that couldnt pull 130mph in a mile and three mini's that could. a brand new streamliner built and painted by chip foose, a 1957 belly tanker, a 1960 mercedes with a 1953 buick straight 8 and of course my favorites three 1953 stude coupes that rocked. if you can go you should. its good for the soul. mitch

Default Re: bonneville

I LOVE the stude "lakers", they have always tripped my trigger. My mom had a '57 Hawk with the flathead 6 in it.

Bonneville brings out the freaks fo' sho'....I mean that in a good way...a '60 Mercades with a Buick straight 8?!?

YEAH BABY! YEAH!
