Hi Im in VA and I lost my license and decided to introduce myself to the world of motor bicycling. I have a 33 cc friction drive kit on a trek clear creek bicycle... I was looking for advice about legalities regarding this in Virginia. if anybody can help let me know please the laws I have looked up seem to contradict them selves..

Thank you, I have read this one over and over. trying to asure myself that I can not get a driving on a suspended ticket for having a pedal assist motor on my bicycle. But I really do love it..
