Cold blooded engine? Or is it normal?

Hi
After starting my china girl with the choke closed I open it halfways and after less than a minute I open it completely and the engine revs willingly when opening the slide
I have 2 questions
Is the engine already hot enough for wot operation?
Is the jetting is so rich that the cold engine pulls well?
I have no experience with 2 stroke engines

If it revs easily, you're probably already mostly warmed up. I usually let the bike sit for a minute or two before riding off, and I will go easy on it for a min or two of riding. If I'm not warmed up all the way it'll just bog down when you go wot

I would let it warm up for several minutes before going to WOT. You could cause what is called "cold seizure".

You jetting sound good. Check you plug for a brown to medium black with lighter center electrode for proper mixture.

Forgot to tell the end of this story
Found the needle's e-clip ABOVE the c-washer
Because the mixture was rich the engine could accelerate secs after morning start (cold)
And because the mixture was rich my intake air leak did no harm
Until I corrected the eclip position..
But thats another story
