Default Exhaust Gasket Replacement?

Though sheer incopetence, I have destroyed the exhaust gasket. I have a replacement gasket on on order. Does anybody have an idea of a substitute I can rig and use until the replacement part comes in the mail? Thanks.

High temp silicone may hold you over until the replacement arrives.

That worked fine for me too, when my long poo poo pipe arrived without a gasket.

I use the cardboard gasket paper from the auto store, smeared with orange high-temp rtv on both sides. Working pretty darn well.

(tried without the rtv and I just blew gaskets left and right)

This one works really well just coat it in a little rtv orange wand it's sold at most auto parts stores make sure to match it to your exhaust port use fine snips with a fine tip
and it's under $3.00
