Muffler Noise

Finally got my bike together and put 14 miles on it so far. My muffler however makes a dinging noise like somthin inside it is loose. What is the screw on the end of it for. Thanx a Bunch. You guys are such great help!!!!!!!!!

The screw on the bottom is to remove the end cap, pull it off and see whats lose in there. You are not the first one to have something rattle around in thier.

One of your baffles could be loose. I had the same issue with on of my builds.

Well the screw turns both directions and does not tighten or loosen. The endcap appears to be tack welded and i will takie a grinder to it tomarrow
