Welcome to the addiction csr. I like the in frame Chinese 2 strokes. It's pretty straight forward on a mountain bike that has a standard diamond frame. I preffer cruisers though and some need some parts (mostly brackets) to be augmented to fit some frames. As far as choppers, the OCC Stingray I hear could be a bit of a challenge. Wich ever rout you take, have fun and ask for help when you get stuck. Everyone here is helpful.

Welcome to the forum, glad you joined us

I am not familiar with your univega, here is a pic of the dimensions you will need for the Chinese in frame two-stroke
