Default i took the black cover of the carburetor now no power

i took the black cover of the carburetor and now i have no power, is there a way to make it powerful again with having the black cover one??

Just a WAG, but it sounds like you have an air leak somewhere. It should run fine with the cover off. Does it run OK with choke 1/2 on?

Maybe it was on the ragged edge of too lean and the cover and element were covered in oil and......

To answer your question- yes, there is a way, buy a K&N filter to replace the stock one.
