Default thinging of building a chopper good or bad??

Hi i've got a chopper style bike in the shed
(same as this one)

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WITH Z BOX MOTORS AUSTRALIA

(and this motor)

NEW 48cc MOTOR bicycle Motorized BIKE GAS ENGINE Kit - eBay Complete Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Parts, Cycling, Sport. (end time 05-Sep-08 23:42:31 AEST)

Do you think it would be a good build??
and how could i fix the exhaust so its more longer? (look in picture)?

Several folks have built those....haven't read any "riding impressions".

Here is a similar build. I'll tell you in the beginning, it won't be real easy. More pics under "California Kid"
