Question Cylinder head bolt specs?

I am replacing the cylinder head on my Chinese motor (broken fin). Can someone help me with what should be the torque specs I should follow when I attach the new one?

As always, thanks for the help.

My Grubee 48cc calls for 8-9 ft lbs..

hi names michael . not real shure on torque specs ,however a little blue threadlock never hurt anything!!!
