Hi I just signed up and was considering buying a 4 stroke motorbike of of spookytoothcycles. I live in souther california and was wondering if I need any liscence or registration for a motorized bike..its a 49cc 4 stroke on a cruiser. Thanks

Spooky Tooth is for sale if ya got a spare $70,000, lock, stock, and barrel. They have a number of things that I would really like to have. The front and rear 24" 12 gauge spoke steel rim wheels, both for $70 total, I want almost as bad as 2 of their Pineapple sprocket adapters.
