I have a gas cap idea

I was thinking about the problem of the gas cap that if is sealed to well the gas will not flow.

I don’t like the idea of having a hole that open all the time, so I was thinking that I would drill a hole and screw a shut of valve into the hole.

Preferably on that has an angle in it making harder for any thing to get in the tank and maybe put a screen on it

This way when I am ready to use my bike I just open the valve on the gas cap.

I would love to know if you guys have any ideas for this gas cap add on that i am thinking of.

I have a rear mounted tank

This was pretty drastic but it seals so well I can flip my bike upside down all day. Then when i run,I switch to my vented cap.
