Default Does anyone know

Does anyone know if motorized bicycles are legal in the city of Seattle, Wa. Links to info would help alot.

Also whats the part in the very far right in the picture from the this link>>

hey mac; thats a puller of some sort. seattle is a hot bed of these kits. ride sane, wear a lid and you shouldnt have a problem.

To remove the motor sprocket and also the clutch.

Ahaa, so when the time comes to replace it I will use this....
Sorry about asking so many questions, its that im kinda new to this stuff.
My bike is studdering and then turning off when I try to cruise with the clutch off, what could be the cause. Or is it because im still in the "break-in period"?

Sounds like it's idling too low and maybe a little on the rich side.
