I just built my first bike, an old 82 Murray Monterray is now a sweet Motor bike,...

Any St. Louis builders/riders here,..?
Anyone know the laws I'll be facing here, I live in St. Louis County, the Lucky Early Bird engine I got is (I guess) 66 cc ? (listed as 80 cc, but I hear they are really 66, and the engine doens't seem to be marked)
so, will I be taking a risk of getting tickets by riding this on the street without licensing it and all that,..? or is it just if I do ride on the street I'll have to obey traffic laws, helmets, stop signs, speed limits,...?
