Default Shindaiwa/Tanaka Throttle Lever

If I didn't want to move my grip shifter in place of a twist grip throttle with kill switch.........

Could the lever below work? Where would I mount it? On the large section of the grip shift or on the hanldebar before the brake. Does anyone know if it accepts the nub that comes on the end of a standard bicycle brake cable? Thanks,

It should work mount it on the handlebar, inboard of the brake lever if your using one on the right-hand side. That would be before the brake, next to your grip.

I'm not familiar with that particular lever, but the levers that came on the BladeZ scooters that had Tanakas on them, had a bit smaller end on them than a standard brake cable. Nothing that couldn't be remedied with a file and/or a Dremel tool, and a steady hand.
