That's true Mind reader, My Dad sold a bike to a dumbass who didn't check anything after 6 months of riding. When his tensioner came loose and the chain jammed in the case, he threatened to sue if he didn't fix it.
Worst of all, it was an "ex"-friend of mine, I coulda killed him, but he did have a legal right, since it was sold "safe", eh.
