Default Carb not fitting correctly

My carb for my new build wont fit into the frame unless I tilt it 10-15 degrees. I see some people talking about using automotive heat hose and hose clamps to make a 90 degree intake manifold but there is no pictures of them. If any one got a picture of one I'll be more than happy. Thank you.
