I put the Grange Race Track on the map,
it's the purple flag just past Victorville off the 15 Freeway.

SoCal Motor Bicycle Racing on Sat Oct 22nd 2011 at Grange Racetrack.

The first 2012 race will be on Sat April 7th

Re: Motorbicycling.com Member Map

newest firefox, xfc linux.
i know why it was locking up.
i use no script because this is my tping PC & not powerful.
there are a lot of scripts that need to run on that page.
i authorised for all to run & & went i submited my info the hard drive started spinning for about 3-4 min.
i'm use to my laptop locking up for a few seconds but never have seen such hard drive usage.
i tried closing out the page & firefox told me one of the scripts was still running & asked me if i wanted to stop it.
i re opened the browser to see if had to put in the info again & i saw that it made it.
i'm happy now but i grumbled about how i cant stand 3rd party scripts.

Re: Motorbicycling.com Member Map

Welcome to the map!
The script that gets hung up is google analytics. It happens to me too. I hope that Mozilla can debug it soon......
In the add-ons file of Firefox you can disable it, but anytime you visit a site that utilizes it, Firefox will open it anyways. Highly annoying to say the least. :(
The map apparently uses a googlemaps app. to source the map itself.

Re: Motorbicycling.com Member Map

i do use "no-script" no-script even does some stuff to fake use the google scripts. it was because i was enabling the scripts one by one till i could get the map to work.
i need to reformat my other laptop anyway. it has more power.

Hello bikers; I am on the map. I see another biker close by. It is listed as GoFast. How do I contact GoFast?

Click on gofast's name and at the bottom of the opening page you will see a way to send a message.
I must say though that the last activity from gofast was in 3-4-2009.
You might be waiting for a response to your message for a very, very loooong time. :(

Re: Motorbicycling.com Member Map

I've been a member for a couple weeks and just finished my first cruiser build last week.
I am in Independence Missouri. I hope to find a couple other members to ride with or start a local club.
I also just signed up on the map.
