Default KIE HAN carb.

I've got a 2007 Whizzer with a Kie han carb. I need to go smaller on the main jet. The one in it has no numbers on the jet. I'll have to measure it. Where can I get main jets for this carb?

I solder mine closed & drill them out to what I want. I have a formula that I got from Quenton that determines jet sizes & the drill bits to use. Here's a link to the formula:

Hi Harry,

Most [99%] end up with a #84 main jet [.03307"].

The original main jets aren't marked, however they vary in size depending on the year. The 2007 should have a #88 main jet and is too large.

The normal response is to stumble at throttle settings above 3/4.

It is important to note that a motor too rich is very destructive. The rich condition can "wash" the oil off the piston & rings.

Have fun,
