Default new guy looking for advice

i hope someone can help with some advice on a project. a few years a friend started building a simplex replica.. worksman wheels, brigs industrial plus elec start engine, comet drive. after dealing with legal hassels he abandoned the venture. i have traded him out of enough to build two bikes except for a few parts. the briggs elect start 5 hp are no longer available and am trying to find a substitute with elec start and charging system so i can run lights. the slanted cylinder engines seen nowa days just won't fit in the frame these frames are beautiful, powder coated, and drilled for the briggs engine.
the wheels are worksman, but i only got one set and need help identifying them. they are 26" wheels with lever actuated drum brakes. the rear wheel has a threaded h ub opposite the brake side. he told me they were mountain bike wheels. hopefully some familar with worksman wheels may know the model # for these wheels so i can get another set.
