Talking Ethanol

Hello Folks,

Has anyone had problems with using ethanol blend of fuel for a two stroke engine on your bikes, my dad has been having trouble with his lawnmower and so have our neighbors.

How much ethanol in the blend?

You should have no problems up to 15% ethanol. After that your enginemayl need a needle clip adjustment .

Hmm, I was actually thinking the other day...wonder how well you could get E-85 running in one of these engines....

Anyway, the more Ethanol in your blend, the more fuel you need to dump into the motor. As Bikeguy said, the motor may need a bit of a fuel adjustment.
