The quickest yet, custom pipe, intake with boost, oversize Zama carb, high flow enclosed air box.

I trashed the CVT... loved it tho kept fryin belts, bearings. That was on the full suspension. These 66 motors are on the heavy side compared to pockets, gopeds. Plus Im not big on a manual clutch. Love the pedal start tho, pull start SUX. Perfect would be auto clutch, gears, pullstart, and pedal start all for maybe 5 lbs and 10hp.

where can I get that carb and exhaust? that's x-actly what my son wants me to build hin just couldn't figure how to on a 20" nice work.

Its a really really tiight build, pretty much have to make everything together. I'd do that one for a 1000. Have a new design Im workin on... I'll post it in a week or two. Thanks
