I want to rebuild some wheels. Just wondered if any one had a link? To custom spokes...

Hi Goat Herder,

I've been on the same quest for custom length 12, 11, or 10 GA. spokes for months.

From what I have been able to learn: And this is certainly not complete, (maybe someone else will chime in).

1) Some bicycle shops have a simple little hand operated machine that will clip and thread roll 14 & 16GA. spokes to any length you need.

2) Custom MC shops have the same set-up...but they don't do the small stuff!

3) The 12 & 11 GA. spokes are impossible to find in custom lengths.

you can get 8, 9, and 10 gauge from these guys in a custom length.

i was gonna call and see if they had 11s and 12s. but never got around to it.

Your right about the roller Gizmo . I talked to a local bike shop that tool seams to be about 2,000 dollars. So they said nobody here has the tool for it. The only shop that did broke there's. I thought I found a link to spokes on line once from Hong Kong or something like that.

hope this works google wheel master he costmizes wheels with 8, 9 7 10 gage spokes
