Looking for a dual pull brake lever, where to find one?

Hello,

Spring is just around the corner so I'm finally putting my first bike together and I realized the awkward control issue with having the clutch and brake lever on the same side.

Anyways, I'm looking for a dual brake lever that will actuate both front are rear brakes. I checked the usual eAuction site wih no luck. Can anyone give me a list of vendors that sell these for a reasonable price and don't charge an arm and a leg for shipping?
