Default Can Titan gas tank be moved lower?

The main problem I have with rack mounts is how high they're mounted on the bike and the tank looks like it's almost a foot above the seat. Could an upsucker carb possibly be offered in the future that could be used with a separate gas tank mounted elsewhere (lower), possibly between the engine and the seat? I think the clone engines actually can be bought with the option of a downsucker or upsucker carb. Also, this would allow the user to use a much bigger tank. I have a black plastic tank off a tiller that would be ideal and holds half a gallon of gas and would fit in the space between the engine and the seat.

All you need is a pumper carb if it doesn't already have one.
