Default New BILLET Head Review...P.P.S.

Well to say the least i worked very hard this weekend and had some fun.

Got the Billet Head from Pirate Cycles and Creative Engineering.

Jims head is super awsem.

Very nice looking, includes a locating feature, heck it even has a drain hole for water.
The performance is definatly right along with it.
The squish band is perfect.....
When you guys get one make sure you set the squish clearence to .020 inches.
It is critical.

Heres a short video.

some pics as well

Arianna Likes it.......

Love the Billet Crown

on the bike.

Notice that the huge 18mm DELLORTO CARB is mounted on there now too..
I also give it 5 stars.
Huge power gains...
Alos made a proper stinger for the beat up pipe.
Super Fast Video Coming Soon.

This is a dellorto PHBG 18mm BS carb.

The stock jetting is off a bit but after tuning it in it really rips.
I still need to get it dialed in perfect.

Pirate Cycles will be selling these carbs with the proper jetting in the near future.

Please note that this is 18mm at the opening of the slide.

None of the other carbs are this big.

You guys are doing nice work! Maybe you could do a full "build" video so we can see what goes into your new engine packages and maybe a tuning video! Thanks for all your effort!
Aloha,
Warren
