Default Mid Winter Ride

Here in the North East today it got up to almost 60 degrees! I got both the Harbor Freight EZM bike and the Whizzer out for a little mid winter riding today. Both bikes started right up. I took the HF bike out first but got a flat about 1/10th of a mile from the house. Bummer.. The Whizzer on the other hand behaved very well. I didn't think I would be able to ride until spring but mother nature threw me a bone today and I caught it. lol I'm not as hardy as the young guys here on these motor bike forums that ride when it is real cold. I need it to be somewhat warmer than freezing. I really enjoyed the ride but I'm not looking forward to changing that tube out on the EZM bike. I just got the way I want it too.
Have fun!

Jim

Default Re: Mid Winter Ride

I am with you Fossil. I took a ride yesterday and it was about 65 with the sun shining. When the temp falls below freezing I want to be by the fire. Glad you got a ride in.
