Question hello-help?

hello i'm new to motorized bikes. i bought a used one on a old huffy.switched it over to my specialized.and now can't get it to fire up. i think it's the wiring but i can't find a diagram.
somebody got any helpfull hints?

Black motor to black CDI
Blue wire to Blue CDI

Wite to throttle wire Yellow.
Green throttle wire to ground.

I just cap off the white wire and use my choke to kill the engine.
