New Guy from Oregon

It's always fun to start something new and different and a motorized bicycle is that for me. Right now I'm working on converting an old Schwinn Mesa Runner mountain bike. I have a Honda Goldwing and a Silverwing scooter and decided I needed a Bronzewing. What would fit better than a motorbike? So the plan is to convert the Schwinn, repaint it bronze and make up some "Honda Bronzewing" graphics for it.

Welcome to the forum. I deleted your duplicate post for you. Sounds like a plan you have. When the project is complete how about sending a photo of all three of your 2 wheelers together. Should make a pretty picture. You'll find a lot of good information here and we're all ready to help if you need it during your build. Have fun, ride safe.

Welcome! However I fear Oregon laws are rather MB unfriendly. So check them out if being legal is an issue for you.

Yeah, I know Oregon isn't the best place for motorbikes... but I gotta do it even if it only means riding in the backwoods or other gendarme free areas.
