The back wheel won't turn at all with the chain on and the engine not running? That means the clutch is too tight with the lever pulled.

First, make sure the clutch cable is adjusted properly. It probably is, but worth checking. The clutch cable should be taut when the lever is out, so that the clutch lever is pulled as far as possible when you pull the lever in.

If that doesn't do it, pull the right side cover off. Remove the little silver locking screw on the clutch. While pulling the clutch handle, and you can spin the flower nut with your fingers clockwise to tighten the clutch, counterclockwise to loosen it. Keep checking play until you have it set where it's tight together with the lever off, and freewheels with the lever pulled. Put the locking screw back in and the cover back on.

If it's a new engine, the clutch is probably just sticky from sitting a while. With the clutch loose, lever pulled, gently tap at one of those three pins with a screwdriver and hammer, a little one way, then a little the other. Should pop free without difficulty.

If you have to, you can remove the flower nut entirely, pull the clutch plate off. There's a spring behind the clutch plate, too. Now you can use the spark plug wrench that comes with the kit to turn the nut right in the middle of the ring gear clockwise. This will also free the sticky countershaft.

Spring, plate, flower nut, adjust, locking screw, cover, done.
