Default Stubborn Clutch

Well based on the fellow members i should ask the pros to help me

ok so my clutch has been trash since i got the motor.
now after like 500 miles im sick of my crappy clutch

At first the clutch worked great (the first 2 days) then about a month later i took the spring out from the arm.
then worked
and then that 2 faded then i adjusted the flower
than i took the ball bearing out worked great
adjusted now the clutch wont lift up and i tried all sorts of shims
PLEASE HELP ME

My quote should be "Its always SOmething new"

You took the ball bearing out and it worked better?
That is not possible.

I agree with Joe!! That's in there for a reason!

Do you use the pedals when taking off from a dead stop? or do you just clutch it like a motorcycle?
That could be why your clutch is fading...

Re "adjust" the flower nut back to where you started.

Put the ball bearing back in.

Push the cable stop TIGHT against the clutch arm, pull all the slack out of the cable, and tighten the cable stop (helps to have three hands or another person)
