Default Poland

In Poland it's not important engine's capacity if bike is still bike (has pedals and can ride by pedals),
so motor driving licence is not necessery. Normal we can ride without licence on any motor/scooter up to 49cc. Motorbike with 80cc engine is still a bike, so we have to use bike roads when available with speed limit up to 25km/h. Otherwise we can use road complying bike driving rules.

Yeah but aren't the cops allowed to use portable dynos now for testing scooters and the like? (So if they pulled you over with an 80cc they could tell from the power output?)
