Is your choke lever on the carb up or down when you try to start it???
Put it down, pedal as fast as you can, "pop" the clutch & keep pedaling while "milking" the throttle lever.... it will start!!!

Also, mix your gas / oil at 24:1 for the break in!!!

Try taking your spark plug out and to see if it is wet. If it is wet, then it may be fouled out. I have had fouled out spark plugs that will still spark, but not good enough to run the engine. If your plug is wet, try putting in a new correctly gaped plug before you start messing with anything else.

Cabinfever - that may be true for your bike, but as I think he's flooding it trying to start as it is I don't think making the mix even richer is gonna help. That's a good recommendation if he was getting partial ignition but then it'd sputter and die. I only mentioned that because although my bike runs great through the whole range and I've got my mix as close as possible - it flat out hates the choke and wont run with it on, not even sputter - even bone cold. I just use the primer to give her some and that works fine. *shrug* I could be wrong, alla these bikes are a lil different with a personality all their own lol

dytesaft - Is your bike even trying to fire or nothin' at all? As others have said, check for spark and fuel - should you have both it should run. If you've flooded it badly, holding the throttle wide open while turning the engine over sometimes helps to get her to fire.

Most of all - speed counts, pedal up as fast as you can before letting the clutch out and keep pedaling - these magnetos are awful weak and at low speeds they don't put out much.

Choke lever.. Remove the 2 screws holding the air filter on the carb.. Check the choke lever.. The nut might be loose and it might just be stuck at full choke but you'll see the lever as all the way down thinking that its not choked..

AIR FUEL AND SPARK.. Thats all you need.. So im guessing thats your problem if you already changed spark plugs..

Good luck man..
