I was trying to find the most efficient voltage for my rhino drive bike when I stumbled on tis site. It is well worth the read since it explains a lot of things that people seem to find so mysterious. I wish I had found it earlier.

I thought so as well... I also used the formula to verify my power consumption. After allowing for the inverse power curve of the sla battery I found it very accurate for the 24v power supply.

I will be doing tests on the 36v power supply with the same bike setup next week. I should know then if I wish to try a 48v conversion.
