Default No Gas ?!?!?

Ok, so I finally finished getting my newest bike all set up and it won't start. I get gas into the bowl but no gas into the cylinder. It's a brand new carb and I can't understand why I'm not getting and gas. Any ideas ?

I tested it for spark....it sparks fine. When I take out the spark plug is bone dry.

Check for the dreaded air leaks at the intake to cylinder junction.
Check your jet, it may be loose or sitting in the bottom of the float bowl.
