Default What can I fit in a stingray?

Hi guys,

I've got a newer (maybe '04) OCC type Schwinn Stingray with the seating tube cut totally from the frame. I don't think this has really effected stability.

What I need to know, though, is what is the largest and best 4 stroke engine I could fit into this thing? I'm not sure exactly how much room I have to work with, but I'd like to think I could fit maybe up to a 125 dirtbike engine in there, albeit a little uncomfortably.

So if you know anything, as I'm new to this, what all should I do/what can I do to make this bike run strong and proper?

Any advice is appreciated. The goal is to go street legal and pull off the highest possible speeds. It'd be great if you guys could tell me how to switch to a disc brake system too. So many questions.

Talk to flybytaco.. He does a lot of these bikes. 2 strokes though. be sure to check out the sprocket adapters and use a 36 tooth sprocket if you want any type of speed out of that 20 inch rear tire. I have one left in stock.

Good luck
