Question Texas Laws?? Apparently None LOL

So I was just wondering if anyone knows the laws for MB in Texas?? I've already passed 2 cops in their mustangs clockin people on not so busy roads going about 37 and they jus do nothing. I GUESS its a good thing that i haven't been hasseled. but jus wonderin LOL

I asked a cop in Seagoville let him know I had gotten different answers from different police I'd asked he said it is ok on streets 35mph and lower...peddling on streets marked higher is fine with engine off. Seems if you operate the thing on a street marked 40mph or higher it makes the bike become legally a moped in need of license ect.

I heard they are outlawed in Frisco...local entities can do that I guess.

Wow ok thanks. I guess i'll be good then. (since i already passed 2 cops and one of them actually waved LOL i guess Dallas isn't like illinois LOL
