wanted: 60-80cc China and Jackshaft- Also wanted: Tailight

I need an HT of anything from 60-80ccs and a jackshaft kit. They can both need some fixing I just need all parts to be there. My budget for engine and jackshaft together is $200, maybe some more if I see a really good deal. Help me out here as I need my commuter motorbike build before Jan. 2010 and my other motorcycle is out of commision for a long time. Also if you could include the tank levers fuel line etc it would be good but it's okay if you don't have them.

I also need a rear lamp like a brake light. I can pay up to $15 if it has a lever operated switch (as in when you pull the brake lever the light goes on).

I am in Texas around Houston. I might be able to pick up but I can also pay shipping if the price is within budget.
