Basically how we will be controlled and taxed via an international treaty on climate control. It's a bit too late, well maybe not but the crap train is running at us pretty hard.

Bikeguy the thing basically said we have a huge deficit of carbon output compared to 3rd world countries like India and China and the wealth will be redistributed via a global 1 world order gov.

Sounds almost plausable except for the fact that ya can't repo infrastructure!
