Nice bikes I have never seen a tandem with a motor.

very nice bikes! how does the tandem do with a bicycle motor? i been thinking about building one for my wife to ride with me. welcome to the forum and glad to have you with us

Hey CRUISER, depending on weight. If you and your wife together are under 300 lbs. It should get up to 24 to 27 MPH. When 1 person rides, it goes around 30 MPH. This is using a Robin/Subaru 33.5 cc friction drive kit. If combined weight is over 300 lbs, It will still ride good, but if that was the case, a tubeless rear tire would make since to try?
