I'm guessing thats a motor inside the wheel.

Correct....a motor inside the front wheel......I tried the website but it's now defunct....the posting date of the article was back on '07.......

been a while since anyone asked about the revo...seems to be vaporware
a good idea that was touted much and never went anywhere

I know Brian H. who built the prototypes. The company closed down a while ago, never went into production. They were 23cc 2 strokes with a top speed of 17MPH. I have seen the ones Brian has, interesting though I would never want to try roadside repairs on one. I have the closest anyone is going to get to having one a revopower hat.
