Honda gx50 coil wire

Well I thought it might be about time to pull the plug out and see what up with it and the coil wire is hard as a rock from the heat I guess. The boot was very difficult to pull off also. My qustion is can the coil wire on these be replaced or is a part of the coil it self? $40 for a new coil from a honda dealer sucks. I found a coil wire on Daxs site but b4 I order it I need to know if it will just change out. Plan on taking it apart tomorrow to see how the wires fitted but knowing before hand I can have an idea.
