My Spark Plug

Hello all , my spark plug is black! And i think it has something to do with my oil to fuel mixture.. my engine is fully broken in and i'm using 40ml of oil for 1 litre of petrol..

Is this too rich?

What would be good for the engine?

30ml oil per 1 litre petrol
or?

Using a 2 stroke 80cc engine btw..

40mil to 1litre is 25:1 ok but 32:1 would be better or yes 30mil
I would check your eclip needle and maybe lean it out ie up a notch.
