Default Question for the wheel builders

Measured my hubs and rim, used a spoke calc and I come up with 251.6mm for the front wheel and 248.3mm for the rear. From looking at spokes the sizes jump from 241mm to 264mm, am I screwed?

I plan on taking the hubs to my LBS to double check my measurements but I'd like to know if it's doable to use these moped hubs on a 26" rim.

Yep. The front is even a tad narrower and the rear will have the frame made to fit.
