44t Sprocket with mounting etc. engine for sale

Well here's the deal I'm needing to get some money saved up for a new kit because of Illinois law under 49cc an i do not have the tools to fix the engine cylinder mount.I have the following for sale,everything was used for less than a week an I'm open to any reasonable offers!

1.44T sprocket with the mounting hardware
2.80=66cc whole engine needs a new engine cylinder or if you have the right tools the exhaust mounts area could be welded.
3.Left hand side grip/right hand side throttle
4.New black muffler (not the cat kind)
5.New carburetor without the slide/needle
6.Two stock spark plugs with a spark plug tool
7.2L black gas tank with cap
