Default Subaru Robin petrol: 95,96 or 98?

What is the correct grade of petrol for the 35cc Subaru Robin: 95, 96 or 98?

And what is the correct type of gear box oil?

I run mine on 87-89 octane (US Standards) never a problem. I don't know if you folks use the same octane rating system so if 95 is the lowest grade, why spend more? I use SAE 30W either regular or synthetic. Again never any problems with this engine.
