Hello from Mississippi
Hi All,
I am 62 and new to motorized bikes. Just found this site yesterday. I have a homebuilt recumbent (toureasy type) and a Homelite weedeater enjine. Trying to figure out how to put them together. I am stuck trying to figure how to fasten a friction roller on the enjine. any ideas? I think I will cut a mounting plate from 3/8" aluminum plate and weld it to a crank arm. I have a bottom bracket in the right place to use as a pivot and will use another crank arm on the other side with an engagement lever to move the roller on and off the tire.
